Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)

NCML leverages its vast experience in commodity handling and commodity funding. NCML with integrated end-to-end solutions help the processors, exporters and traders to remain focused on core competency with minimum resources spent on the complex task of co-ordinating with multiple service providers separately for procurement, quality testing and warehousing and logistic services.The aim is to ensure commodity stakeholders optimise their financial, time and manpower resources available with them for processing and trading of commodities where NCML take care of all-encompassing services of commodity handling and funding.

NCML with this pioneer service benefits commodity value chain participants – from bulk exporters and traders having large purchase orders, to start-ups or companies undergoing capacity expansion, exchange participants or arbitrageurs , industries that are based away from origin of production or face supply difficulties due to poor procurement network and industries requiring large captive consumption of commodities.

We have continues endeavour to offer best possible innovative service which empower our clients to expand their business. We are now offering rail receipt leverage services. NCML has presence in most of the railway rake location for warehousing and quality analysis services. We offer door to door service in rail way receipt wherein sourcing, rake movement & quality analysis at loading and unloading point and local transport to warehouse locations will be supervised and undertaken by NCML.

Government Procurement

NCML strength is strong connect with producers directly. It has helped in sourcing commodity from farmer door-step by setting up of farm gate procurement centers for Government and multiple private sector entities.

NCML has acquired vast understanding for undertaking government procurement operations. The Company has created a focused vertical for identifying and engaging with all such opportunities.

NCML is the first private procurement agency engaged by the Government of India (GOI) to procure commodities under the Minimum Support Price (MSP) operations. We are the leading private service provider to the Food Corporation of India (FCI) in the States of Jharkhand, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. NCML has procured and handled close to two million tonnes of paddy and wheat on behalf of FCI under MSP operations. Through these services alone we have reached more than 0.5 million farmers.

Our procurement services are provided through 40 regional offices, 500 centres / Mandis and 700 bank accounts.  Our procurement team consists of agri – professionals with experience in handling agricultural commodities in various parts of the country. With over three years’ experience in handling logistic-intensive procurement operations for the FCI, STC, Private Companies etc, with this expertise NCML is also fully equipped to offer sourcing services to Corporate & Traders.
