Main Purpose of the Role: | To perform the role/activity assigned with close collaboration with other members of the team/ with other teams. |
Role Dimension of the Position: No. of Staff to be supervised and level / grade of the reporting staff: | Non-supervisory role. Hence, no reportees. |
Key Critical Accountabilities of the Position: | Accountable for completing the activities assigned by the team leader of the team in which the individual is a member of, as per the set SOP for the activity. |
Roles and Responsibilities | 1. Maintaining complete knowledge of the process of the role in which the member is working 2. Carrying the daily activity of the assigned role and delivering the service with in a defined TAT for the respective activity 3. Preparation and circulation of MIS with respect to the activity that is being handled by the member 4. Be a team player and extend support to other teams as and when such requirement arises 5. Learn the complete process of all the activities of CSG and should be ready to shift to any activity as per the requirement of the organization 6. Maintaining documentation and proper filing of documents for easier retrieval in case of any future requirement 7. Maintain Internal & external customer satisfaction by providing quality service within the defined SOP |
