Mr. J V Ratnam is the Head of NCML AGCON where he is responsible for leading the growth and development of AGCON and CWIG businesses. Before joining NCML he worked for organisations like Bioseed Vietnam Limited, Coromandel International Limited, Premier Irrigation Arditec, Dow Agro Sciences India Pvt.Ltd and Advanta India Limited. In these organisations, Ratnam was responsible for new business development, setting up new platforms, M&A, and handling overall P&L responsibilities.

Ratnam has done his Diploma in Agri-Business Management (PGDABM) from the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management(MANAGE) Hyderabad. He has done his BSc(Agriculture and Animal Husbandry)   from GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar.

Dr. Ganesh Ramamurthi is the Chief Operating Officer of NCML where he is responsible for driving the implementation of the Quality Management System across the enterprise ensuring operational integrity and efficiency. He is focused on building, motivating, and managing teams across the country with a clear drive, winning mentality, and a creative mind-set to develop strong relationships with large customers. Integrating the use of technology in all the processes and creating a robust technology platform that enables business teams to expand.  He has been with the company since 2005 and has headed the Testing & Inspection unit now called as NCML Labs  and the crop Weather Intelligence unit now known as AGCON at NCML.

Before joining NCML, he served as the Head of Department of Microbiology, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Vivekananda College, Hyderabad. He is known for his inspirational and high energy leadership style that results in sustainable success.

Dr. Ganesh holds a master’s degree in Microbiology from GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology and alumni of the Department of Botany, Osmania University, from where he completed his doctoral studies.

Mrs. Renu Kohli is an economist with long experience in macroeconomic policy and research. She was associated with NCAER as Lead economist at NCAER, and Consultant Professor at G20 Research Program at ICRIER before that. She was at the International Monetary Fund in 2004-2009 and with the Reserve Bank of India from 1984-2005. She regularly advises on macroeconomic and financial sector issues to foreign investors interested in India. She is a DPhil from the University of Sussex. She has several academic distinctions/honors to her credit, including the commonwealth Award in 1992.

Siraj Chaudhry has over 32 years of experience in building, turning around, acquiring, divesting businesses. He was the Chairman of Cargill India, the Indian arm of Cargill Inc, where he pioneered edible oil fortification as a practice, recognized as a Change The World activity by Fortune Magazine.

Siraj also serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Tata Consumer Products Ltd, Tata Coffee Ltd, and Indus Bank.

He is currently the Co-Chairman of the FICCI Committee on Agriculture. He has also been the past chair of National Committee on Food Processing at FICCI and the National Alliance for Edible Oil Fortification, a joint initiative by CII and GAIN to address malnutrition through food fortification

Siraj is an eminent industry spokesperson and is a sought after keynote speaker at various prestigious events. He is a recognized thought leader in Agri space, featured and quoted in stories on agriculture in leading publications and channels.

Sanjay Gupta is the MD & CEO of the company. His role entails translating NCML strategy by setting clear goals and execution of the annual operating plans for all the businesses of NCML (CMS, AGCON, Market yard, NCML Labs, and 3 PL).

Before joining NCML, Sanjay has worked in leadership roles in organisations such as-JK Agrigenetics, Godrej Agrovet in the agribusiness domain. Sanjay’s experience spreads across functions of market development, sales and marketing, sourcing, commodity trading, operations, and channel management, production management, SCM, distribution, and logistics.

Dr. Pritee Paliwal is the Head of Testing & Certification business. She is spearheading the Testing and Certification business and drive revenues/P&L for the business across India.

Before joining NCML, Preeti has been working with TUV SUD and was responsible for P&L for South Asia. She has also worked for organizations like Synthite Industries Ltd., Kumar Organic Private, Sabinsa Corporation Ltd. in roles of handling P&L, Marketing, Business Development, Regulatory and Operations.

Preeti has completed her Ph.D. (Biochemistry) from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry) and B.Sc. (Chemistry, Botany and Zoology) from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra.

Sri Rama Murthy Battula is Heading the Testing and Inspection and Cross Border Tarde at NCML. He brings with him a rich experience of more than 17 years in commodities domain and is associated with all verticals of NCML since its inception. Anil K. Parvathaneni is currently the Head – Customer Service Group. He has more than 20years’of work experience in Marketing of Agricultural Inputs, Warehousing, Collateral Management, Supply Chain Management of agricultural commodities. In the current role, he is instrumental in formulating the risk policy, establish a systematic risk frame work with a blend of technology to quantify & mitigate risk, plan & execute an effective audit plan to ensure major risks are prevented or detected at the earliest, monitor the quantified risk at regular intervals and put in place adequate checks & balances and controls to ensure the company doesn’t incur any financial loss. Prior to joining NCML he was associated with Department of Agriculture, Govt. of A.P and companies like SPIC Ltd and ITC Ltd. Rosaiah Yeluri has 15 years of experience in commodity procurement, supply chain management, price risk hedging on global and domestic exchanges. Yeluri joined NCML in March 2005 and is spearheading the business and operations of Collateral management segment in the company. Pankaj Tomar is the Head of Silo Projects of the company. He is responsible for execution and P&L of NCML’s multiple Silo Projects across India and ensuring delivery of projects within time, cost, quality and safety parameters.

Before joining NCML, Pankaj was working with Galfar India (subsidiary of Galfar Engineering and Contracting SAOG, Oman) and was responsible for securing projects and ensuring delivery with expected margins for company’s EPC business. Pankaj has also worked for organisations like PMC(Real estate subsidiary of Jindal Steel and Power Group),ICICI Venture Fund Management Company, D.S. Constructions Limited, Hindustan Construction Co. Pravir Vohra served as the President and Group Chief Technology Officer of ICICI Bank Ltd., since 2006 and its President from May 10, 2011 to May 31, 2012. Pravir served as a Senior General Manager of ICICI Bank Ltd. He served as Joint President of 3i Infotech Limited. He joined ICICI Bank in 2002. Mr. Maheshwari joined Fairbridge Capital in 2011 and has been the Managing Director of Fairbridge Capital since May 2018. Mr. Maheshwari is responsible to source, evaluate, negotiate, execute and exit investment opportunities. He is also responsible to monitor the portfolio companies. Ms. Zohra Chatterji is a Senior IAS officer, who has retired as Secretary (Textiles), Government of India. Ms. Chatterji has held important positions in the Government of India as well as in the Government of U.P. She has served as CMD, Coal India, Director Neyveli Lignite Corporation, and Broadcast Engineering Consultants India. Ms.  Chatterji has also worked as  Spl. / Addl. Secretary (Coal), GOI, [2011-2013], Joint Secretary (Information & Broadcasting) GOI (2007-2010), Principal Secretary (Industries, Communication & Information Technology), Govt. of U.P. Chandran Ratnaswami is a Managing Director of Hamblin Watsa Investment Counsel Ltd., the wholly owned investment management company of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited. Hamblin Watsa provides discretionary investment management to the insurance, reinsurance and runoff subsidiaries of Fairfax. Chandran is responsible for investments in Asia. Chandran was recently appointed a Director and CEO of Fairfax India Holdings Corporation, an investment holding company, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The Company will make investments in India. Prior to joining Hamblin Watsa, Chandran was a senior executive at a large multinational consumer packaged foods company.
